Anger Counselling

Anger is a normal human emotion – we all have anger. Anger is not a bad thing. It is what you do with it that makes the difference.  Sometimes it can be useful, such as when you’re playing a game of sport or you’re in a threatening situation.

If, on the other hand, the people you care about the most are often hurt by your anger (they are walking on “egg shells”) and it’s affecting your relationships and the lives around you then anger counselling may help.

I’ve worked with many clients with anger, from 9-year-old boys to prison inmates, with remarkable results. My experience is that, in many cases, you can change your habits and behaviours within weeks.

In Counselling, you will learn the subtle difference between frustration and anger.

You will discover what causes your anger, where it comes from, what’s behind it and how it affects you and others.
